Keepnet brings together 12+ top security awareness training providers on one platform. We can choose the right content provider for different employees. For example, we use 1-minute short training videos for executives and 4-5 minute Hollywood-style animations for other employees. A year later, our employees wanted more similar videos, so we subscribed to new game-based training on the Keepnet platform without any hassle. No need to waste time on demos, POCs, or contracts for different training content providers. Pros The marketplace is the key feature of Keepnet. It offers a variety of training providers with different formats. We were stressed about choosing the right vendor, but now we have unlimited access to a diverse training library. Cons Keepnet’s original training content is fully customizable! However, some third-party vendors on the platform don’t allow customization or charge extra for it. August 1, 2024 5.0 Before we started using Keepnet, checking emails took forever. Now, it’s super fast! We use the Phishing Reporter tool everywhere, even with our partners. It turns everyone into a mini-security guard for our emails. If you see a suspicious email, you just hit the Phishing Reporter button, and it alerts the security team instantly. Keepnet, together with SOAR, speeds up the whole process even more, like a turbo boost for email security. Pros People started reporting suspicious emails 86% more in just half a year. That means we’re catching a lot more bad emails! Keepnet uses over 1 million Indicators of Compromise (IOCs) from all its users to spot bad emails before they can cause harm, making our emails much safer. Cons I like the Incident Responder and Threat Sharing products a lot. However, the Threat Intelligence feature, which helps find compromised passwords, could provide more detailed reports. The phishing reporter button was easily added to our O365 suite and worked flawlessly on Outlook, both on the web and mobile devices, without needing any manual setup from our IT department. Pros The phishing reporter's ability to work across different platforms without requiring any manual installation was a major plus for me. If one service misses a malicious email, another will catch it. Reducing the incident response time to 2 minutes was also a significant benefit. Cons We wanted to install the Phishing Reporter tool on our employees' phones, but we couldn't install it on the email app for employees using iPhones. Pros The platform has good integrations with Azure, O365 and many security scanning platforms.It is very simple to navigate, schedule and monitor users engagement to training material and phishing simulations.I like the platform as it doesn't require the user to login and watch content within a library, all content is delivered and tracked through email. Cons I think the platform could have better automation and intelligence, i.e. if a user clicks on a Phishing email, the platform would enrol them into some training and track the engagement.Some intelligence in tracking users over the course of a years training campaign and highlighting the ones that are repeat offenders in a dashboard would be good. Pros The product is very successful, it is very easy to report suspicious mail, it gives an understandable feedback to the user. Scans that can be done on the admin side allow us to keep the environment safe with clear numerical values and contents.
