We tried One Step first and it was honestly defeating — too many irrelevant fields, information not going where it should, and it just wasn't built for what we do. Sobriety Hub is the opposite. The form builder lets us set up conditional logic (like asking tribal affiliation only when relevant), the tagging system helps us track referral sources like recovery court and mental health court for grant reporting, and the role-based permissions let our board members each have the right level of access. Our stuff was an absolute mess before this, and now we actually have real organization. The resident app, group chat, payment portal — it all just works. \[sensitive content hidden\] and the team have been incredibly hands-on with onboarding too. Resident profiles, UA and event logging, forms built for you during onboarding, and payment tracking all in one place. Pricing is straightforward per user, no per-bed fees. The support team is responsive and actually helpful. If you are on One Step and wondering if there is a better fit, there is. Pros What stands out most about Sobriety Hub is that it’s actually built for sober living—not adapted from something else. Everything you need is in one place (resident profiles, UA/event tracking, forms, payments), which makes day-to-day operations way more efficient. I have found that most of these apps charge an egregious amount of money for things that really anyone can access on their own for free. The determining factor for me was cost. The cost of this app is significantly less, while not sacrificing on quality and features. Customer support with \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] has been a 10/10 experience and the team coding the project are unbelievable. I couldn’t recommend them enough. Pros My favorite aspect of SobrietyHub is the streamlined ease of use in comparison to many other apps that I have tried. SobrietyHub checks every box without going overboard. SobrietyHub makes organization easy, and the price is better than any other competitor that I have found. Cons I don’t think there is anything that “I don’t like” about the software. Like every other sober living software that I tried, some of the features I simply don’t use. While they may be useful to some, I’m sure all the features won’t be used. Reasons for choosing Sobriety Hub I decided to stay with sobriety hub for a few reasons. First, like I mentioned the cost was quite a bit less than the competition.
