Pros The product is quite user friendly, it doesn't take long to figure out. Customer Service is excellent. I like that I can link forms to projects. I like all the templates that have been created. Cons I would like to send tasks to groups and have them individually accept. I would like to see some improvements in the reporting, such as grouping workers to specific supervisors and have them monitor the daily reports themselves. Email notifications would work for one supervisor while a report may work for another supervisor. Hospitals to be automatically filtered based on new project job site would be nice. When we had the training last week, I found the instructions were clearly laid out, the guys who conducted the training were very helpful and they listened to people's questions and offered solutions. They were very willing to tailor the program to suit the needs of the employees Pros I have only used Corfix to save Certifications for employees.
