Moving from paperless to online management has been critical in the development of our large sites. The administration team at Corfix also has provided Doran support through trainings both for our office staff and site staff. Cons It is difficult to force trades to use Corfix when they are using another non-compatible software. Better integration of their forms, to collect and transfer the same data for our health and safety stats would be a useful feature. Review Source DT David T. Our heavy-civil construction company implemented this safety platform in March 2022, and since then, we have successfully used it daily. It significantly reduced the time our employees spent handling all requirements and complying with all HSMS requirements. Pros Real-Time Monitoring of Safety Performance.Easy to use.Very quick technical support.Great and Positive group of IT specialists. Cons Very rarely has some slowing processes in the operation. The customer support is exceptional. The program is easy to use even for those that are not tech friendly. Pros The program is simple to use and we had no difficulties rolling out to our staff. I like how easy it is to gain access to our company documents through a mobile app. Corfix does not limit you to the availability of data storage. I like that Corfix offers a timekeeping option. Cons Ironing out the kinks in the timekeeping settings took about three weeks. Alternatives considered [SiteDocs](https://www.capterra.com/p/143579/SiteDocs/) Reason for choosing Corfix SiteDocs is based out of BC and my business operates out of Ottawa, Ontario. I wanted to support a local Ottawa based company that will be able to offer customer support within my time zone or even in-person. SiteDocs did not offer a timekeeping option. My goal when searching for a program was something that was straight-forward and simple. We found that with Corfix!The team at Corfix also take your comments and suggestions seriously and often you will see them implemented in an update. It also allows us to keep safety training up to date for multiple employees across various sites, all with differing safety requirements. Pros It integrates many functions that we used to really on old-school pen and paper for previously. Cons Some features are app only, some are desktop only. The program itself is very user friendly and easy to navigate. They also offer many additional features that we will be implementing over time, such as QR codes on job sites. They are always open to input too. Cons I'm yet to find one at this point. As mentioned they are always open to input, so if we see an issue it's fixed or we are shown what WE did incorrectly as a user to make it work. Reason for choosing Corfix Because Mike is pushy and a great salesman. Jokes aside I just really liked the product.
