My Corfix rep, \[sensitive content hidden\], has been amazing. He quickly answers all of my questions, and helped me every step of the way to set up the process. The system is very easy to navigate and it has freed up about 2 hours a week processing timesheets by hand and calculating hours.

Pros

I like how easy it is to use, the simplicity of the system, how it has streamlined our payroll process, and the customer service.

Cons

When my crew clocks in and then moves from job to job, the map drops pins to show where they've been. I do not like that there are not time stamps attached to the pins so I can't tell how long my crew have been at a location or what time they arrived. Other than that, the pin dropping is great and the map is great.

A bunch of them lacked features or were extraordinarily expensive. Salus was the one I was looking at, but at their price point, I don't feel it was worth it.

Overall, the safety management system will prove to be a valuable asset to our organization. Despite some minor areas for improvement the system, the benefits outweigh the cons and I would recommend Corfix to others looking to elevate their safety management practices.

Pros

User-Friendly Interface: One of the standout features of Corfix is its intuitive and user friendly interface. The dashboard is well organized and customizable, allowing users to quickly access important features such as incident reporting and risk assessments.

Cons

The initial setup of the system can be complex, particularly for organizations without a dedicated IT guru. Luckily we had one!

What I love most about Corfix is its user-friendly interface. Navigating through its features is a breeze, making it accessible for users of all levels. Reason for choosing Corfix

Corfix seemed to meet our needs a little more. With their integration with Procore and Audit soft and having a COR component to their dashboard it really made it an easier decision. Corfix also found a way to include Subtrades without having to have a separate dashboard and cost to include them.

Corfix is overall a very good product, which simplifies access to needed documentation at any time or place. The best part is the continuous after-sale service! Should a question arise or you struggle with something, just use the chat box and they respond within minutes to assist. Should no assistance be required for a while, they will check in on a monthly/bi-monthly basis to make sure the product is meeting the client's needs or to inquire if there are any ideas for improvement. Five stars for service!

Pros

Corfix is overall a very practical and user friendly product. Incident reports and safety talks can be done immediately and forms are available at the tip of your fingers. Tasks can be assigned to different individuals and all documentation is stored. The availability of Corfix personnel to assist with questions is next level.

Cons

I have, to date, not had any negative experiences with the product. If ever I experienced a glitch of some sort or had a need for a new form to be created, I was assisted within minutes.

Corfix has changed everything about how we are able to manage our health and safety. They have put us on the road to COR certification and there's no way we could do it without them.

Pros

The thing we like most is the customer service. We can call or email \[sensitive content hidden\] and he'll usually reply with an answer the same day. He sets up meetings to make sure we stay on top of our goals. He pushes us to make sure we are doing our best.

Cons

The permission settings can be finicky. Several times we've had to talk to the help desk because the app isn't doing what we were expecting, because it had background validation that wasn't told to us.

Pros

When getting started with Corfix, we were using another platform but the switch over was so easy with the Corfix team that we were ready for launch in a few days. Tracking training certificates is amazing since supervisors and workers can have access to them on site!Filling out forms has never been this easy! We have multiple generations in our workplace and the set up was really easy and the integration was smooth. With our company being spread out in all Northern Ontario, supervisors and workers now have access to the required documents, form and resources they need for guidance and compliance.

Cons

I would like Corfix to have the integration to automatically upload our training certificates from our in house LMS.

The staff at Corfix are just wonderful! They always make time for you and your company’s needs! They are flexible and will do what ever they can to meet your expectations.The other feature that we can’t wait to try is time keeping. With this option this will remove our paper slips and make it time efficient!

### "The hidden gem!!!"

We set out to improve to areas completion of forms that were getting lost and tracking of employee training. We have succeeded in both areas. The best part about it is there was minimal blow back from employees when introducing the program. Everything at their fingertips and not having to hand write their forms has been a huge success. This program was totally worth the investment

Pros

Since I have started working in the OS+H field I have been looking for a program that was all inclusive. A program that allowed the company to get the information they needed available to them immediately, but also something that had buy in from the employees and did not seem to cumbersome. THIS IS IT!! A platform that is easy to use, navigate, retrieve information. The employees enjoy using it and allows them access to material that may have been lost due to old ways of paper copies.

Cons

Form development can be a little bit of a challenge if not very familiar with how to do it, but the customer service department is exceptional. The base the form on teaching you how to use the program and how to get the most out of it. Other than that; this program is 100% on point.

FOREMAN FRIENDLY!!!! We needed to find a system that would be welcomed by the employees and wasn't a burden to their operation. This program was it. The program was more cost effective for our intended purpose.

We have nothing but positive things to say about Corfix! Even more so with the excellent representatives who have helped our company navigate our first steps and keeping in touch with how our process continues months in! We love how our Reps are always willing to take our requests for changes with open arms and keep us in the loop with any new updates that might benefit our company. Help is always one chat box away with a familiar face on the other end ready to help!

Cons

We would love to see Corfix become more customizable on the companies end! Being able to fully design and edit templates especially how they appear when they are sent.

### "Is CORFIX adaptable for employers that are set in the "old" ways?"

Working on the full buy-in of all levels from management to workers. To why it is beneficial to have a portal program.Being a Company in business for over 45 years, too many are not open to the changing technology. It is a very slow process.

Pros

CORFIX has made a way for foremen, safety reps and workers to access information. Indications show the ease in which to start filling out to process right away, or save as a draft to finish later, now helps.Having forms kept on a platform that will show proof later on, is very practical.

Cons

To look at the dashboard and see the active users is maybe 2/3 of all workers, I don't get feedback from workers that don't go into it.Clicking on the Forms completed for the day, at a glance, cannot "see" who has actually filled in the form. Therefore, many clicks to find the information sometimes for verifying participation in pre-site inspections and tool box talks.

The overall experience has been positive. While there were a number of onboarding issues that occurred with the timekeeping module Corfix staff were very willing to accommodate and went out of their way to customize some core functions for us to ensure we could run our system.This has been a major reason we feel the decision to switch platforms has been the right decision.

Pros

The form functionality gives us far more control over what we want to provide for the employees in the field. The ability to make items recorable to assist in the development of meaningful reporting also is a huge plus.The ability to complete time tracking and safety within one application is a huge benefit as it reduces the amount of applications our field workers need to use.

Cons

When discussions were underway regarding migrating to Corfix there were some core functions that we require to function with multiple contractors as well as timekeeping needs. It was expressed that these functions existed and would be functional. Once committing to the transitions we found that these core functions were not in place and have delayed our full migration to the system by 6 months.

I absolutely love working with it & realize I only know 10% of what it is capable of. The support team & trainers requires a separate review section of their own. The team coached, resolved, researched & proactively problem solved with confidence & the highest of industry knowledge. Would have been lost without them. Their customer service continues to be exceptional & accessible. In the days of call centers & que logs, their same day email replies resemble good old fashion service with a client/provider partnership model rarely available these days. Thank you for making this software launch a success to date & in the months to come.

Pros

100% crew accountability in its structure. Form library has made things super efficient for our crews. Time saver, centralizes all project resources & great auditing tool for office administrators.

Cons

Some of the work flow processes took a minute to understand. It was evident that the platform was a male based experience/in the field in its conception vs having an female administrative perspective. Once it was understood the logistics of site tickets, invoices, waybills, payroll were worked into a customized platform. It's not what I liked least about Corfix it was just the learning curve on how to apply the software to suit our organization.

This has been a fantastic transition from Procore as the software was developed by field men FOR field men. The system is simple and clear to use. This has enabled us to provide the correct information to the men on a project by project basis by simply providing the job # for each project.Customer service from the Corfix team has been amazing as well.Kudos to \[sensitive content hidden\]!

Project creation, site address, site contact information and Notes. Punch in and out feature for field crews. Project specific ease of tracking hours used.

Cons

Would love to see a scheduling app integrated into the software. Would make providing our crews with directions ahead of time incredibly easy.

We took our time implementing Corfix to ensure our staff were comfortable and understood their usage obligations. Not only was the Corfix team made available to assist during each step of that process, they were also immensely helpful in mitigating any of our concerns. We use Corfix daily to help track preventative maintenance, submit inspections, perform hazard assessments, and more - all practices made easier with the assistance of this electronic platform.

Pros

Corfix does a wonderful job of capturing data in real time, allowing for accurate input, immediate electronic signatures, and consistent reporting.

Cons

Like any electronic platform, it takes time to learn features and how things function - beyond our own standard growing pains, I can confidently say that the team behind Corfix does everything they can to implement adaptations based on their user audience preferences.

The customer service is awesome. At the beginning I felt a little overwhelmed with frequent calls trying to get us to make the switch. I am happy that we switched and I do believe that once everyone has learned the product, and how to properly complete everything than it will be awesome. Not having the functionality currently for asset management will be a struggle until something is implemented. All in all it has been a great product so far.

Pros

The ease of use. The app on the phone looks great and is also easy to use. The system is functional and does what you need it to do. Allows for reporting and live up to date data when incidents and other reportable items happen. IT holds employees accountable. Allows access to all documentation to everyone from their own hands. I like how the employees can access their own certificates.

Cons

I dont have anything terrible to say, per say. I would just like to see better features and options. Not all companies operate the same. Options to customize the way data shows up on the tabs and what information is provided in workers profiles. For examples; The worker tab would be nice to have the option to customize what information is shown when you click on workers tab, rather than just phone number, and name. IT would also be nice if the worker profile had the option of being customized for additional information; such as, Start Date, Termination Date, Birthdate, Address Along with worker tab, it would be ideal for the worker status to have the option of adding customized statuses outside of what's provided, and what each one does (revokes license, revokes license for a period of time, etc., ex) Terminated, Laid Off, in School - its hard to see why an employee is no longer with the company unless you go right into their profile and add it to their notes. And it would also be nice if when you click on the workers tab, only ACTIVE employees show, not blocked, or any other status. I get you can filter by status, but it would be nice that when you click on a tab you could customize what comes up; ie) active employees, like on projects, only Active jobs show up when you click on Projects not ALL jobs completed and active jobs. It would be nice if the option to add signers was at the beginning of the form, rather than at the end so it forces you to add everyone before you start the form, and perhaps the option to customize this part to add notes or a different terms other than "Add Signer" such as; "Workers Signing Off on This Form or Workers Involved" with a note saying "Add All workers that are involved in the signing of the form"- i find the signing function a little confusing when starting out. I would like to be able to tie a foreman to a project, so that in the projects view tab, you can see who the foreman is rather than having to click on the project to see who it is. More customized options for timecards. I would like to be able to add a resource to a form. Like a hyperlink, that takes you to a specific binder, or file in the resources tab. An option to add a video in the resources tab. An option to sign a PDF document in the resource binders (which I believe is coming in the next release) The option of what you want to see included on the PDF's as sometimes in forms there is information I would like to see hidden on the PDF so GC's and other external parties cant see it.

Our entire company has liked using Corfix as it is easy to use, it is adaptable, and very user friendly for all levels of computer comprehensions.

Pros

Corfix is one complete platform that we can use to manage our internal safety program. It is also very flexible as it allows us to share the use of the program with our external third party safety company which allows us to comply with our SECOR / COR designation.

Cons

To date we have not run into any cons of using Corfix as it is very user friendly, flexible to make all kinds of changes to our internal forms and reports.

My experience with Corfix has been exceptional. The support they offer is unmatched.

Pros

I love the adaptability of the forms and being able to make changes and tweaks as required. The easy user interface is simple to adopt and gain field buy-in.

Cons

The output reports. The formatting and page breaks on a finished report need to be more streamlined, and less confusing to navigate to the end reader.

Reason for choosing Corfix

Cost, Effectiveness, Capability, Flexibility, Functionality.I had previous conversations with \[sensitive content hidden\] when I was with Inflector because I saw merit in replacing SiteDocs with Corfix. Ultimately, the idea was not adopted.When I began looking at other options with Buttcon, I immediately went to Corfix and contacted \[sensitive content hidden\] directly.

We have used Corfix primarily as a safety management software. The ease of use of Corfix is one of its biggest highlights. We are managing and tracking incidents, conducting audits and inspections and tracking our daily JHAs all in one place. The ability to data mine this information is also a breeze and allows our safety team to share the information with senior management and stakeholders.

Pros

The best part about Corfix is the fully customizable interface. Everything from forms to the dashboard for the admin user is fully customizable to be tailored to our specific needs.

Cons

We have not found anything we were not pleased with. If there is a glitch or issue, Corfix support address the issue in a timely manner and follows up on the solution to ensure satisfaction.

sometimes get's confusing trying to use the safety reports, could be how they are worded that causes this issue. likely no a Corfix problem and mainly user issue.
