My overall experience with Corfix has been very positive. The platform is easy to use, straightforward to navigate, and practical for both office and field teams. It helps keep forms, documentation, and safety-related information organized in a way that is accessible and efficient. The customer service has also been excellent. The Corfix team is responsive, supportive, and genuinely helpful whenever questions or issues come up. That level of service makes a big difference and adds a lot of value to the overall experience. While the lack of a built-in LMS is one area where the platform could improve, Corfix still delivers a strong, reliable, and user-friendly solution. Overall, it has been a great system to work with and one I would rate highly.

Pros

What I liked most about Corfix was the overall ease of use. The platform is straightforward, user-friendly, and easy to navigate, which makes it much easier for both office and field teams to adopt. Forms, documents, and information are simple to access, and the system does not feel overly complicated or difficult to learn. The customer service provided by our Account Manager \[sensitive content hidden\] has also been top shelf. The Corfix team has been responsive, helpful, and willing to support us through questions, troubleshooting, and implementation needs. Having that level of support makes a big difference, especially when rolling out or improving processes across teams.

Cons

The main limitation is the lack of a built-in LMS. While Corfix is very strong from a forms, documentation, and field-use perspective, having an integrated learning management component would make it even more valuable for tracking training, assigning courses, and keeping everything in one place. That said, this is not a dealbreaker. Corfix still delivers a strong user experience, excellent functionality, and top-tier customer service, so it absolutely still deserves a high rating.

SiteDocs had too many limitations for what we needed operationally. While it may work well for basic documentation and form completion, we found it less flexible when trying to manage more complex workflows, customize processes, and support the needs of both field and office teams.

Working with the team, has been a breath of fresh air. When you have seen multiple softwares like I have in my position and talked to many different developers, you are either given a yes we can do that, or no we cannot. Corfix turns this around saying Yes we can, or not yet. Which gives you confidence. Working with their team they are always up for a challenge and they use their knowledge base of the industry very well.

Pros

One of the first things that our team like, is the easy of use, and the short learning curve. Corfix is a system that was designed by industry experts and it shows. The ability to upload safety documents, including PDF, Word and even links to websites for training and upgrading training has been huge. Form Management has been made easy for us.

Cons

Corfix does alot, and they have new features almost every month, this shows their dedication to understanding their clients. So when I say what I like least about Corfix, I say this, knowing a team member might already be working on a solution for this, so for us, Estimate and Invoicing would be an area that they could develop and with the rest of the experience of Corfix could be a valued part.

Can not say enough about the onboarding team especially our point of contact \[sensitive content hidden\]. She was great about listening to what we need and want to accomplish then she exceeded out expectations and was able to combine numerous forms to simple easy to use single form. One specific example she combined 58 training forms into one easy to use form. This reduces the clutter and list our employees have to scroll through to get to the necessary form.

Pros

Customization options for forms, workflow, security/access, notifications and auto send for important docs. Nothing gets missed. We are even utilizing it for our LMS too even though their update for that is still on the road map.

Cons

Only small issue was we missed our initial launch date but to be fair, they had 2 months to do over 500+ documents. But they reduced this list to 71 currently due to some expert construction by \[sensitive content hidden\] of their onboarding team.

This platform has transformed my ability to manage our company HSE program. Corfix is a beast - it can be scaled up or down to effectively support a range of needs, and even has an asset management function. The buy in and effectiveness of this app in daily practice is incredible; we have successfully integrated it company wide to great results. Workers have access to any kind of HSE support resources they can think of: Utility Locates, HSE Manual, Training Certificates, OHS Legislation, you name it! This program is a worthy investment, and incredible value. Ongoing support is committed to our satisfaction and quality of service has remained high. Great group of guys all former construction trades people. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Pros

The best thing about Corfix is the entire program is now electronic and self managed by the app. Built in distribution and filing of documents has been the equivalent of freeing up hours of my time a week, while ensuring compliance remotely by simply checking my dashboard. Jobs are all linked to the platform, it's fantastic.

Cons

Sometimes the program can be glitchy on iphones, so user interface issues can occur while completing forms.

Overall, my experience with CORFIX has been really good. It’s easy to use and not confusing, which made it simple for our team to get used to. It helps keep our projects, forms, documents, and reports organized in one place and saves us time with things like templates, automatic emails, and QR codes. I like that we can customize it to fit how we work, and their team has been helpful whenever we needed changes or support. It’s made managing safety and paperwork much easier day to day.

Pros

CORFIX is very simple and easy to navigate without feeling cluttered, while still offering strong functional. The platform makes project setup efficient by organizing key site details in one place and allowing direct uploads from existing templates, which saves a lot of manual work when starting off. I also like the customizable forms, automatic email notifications, and the binder feature that keeps SWPs, SDS, drawings, and safety documents accessible — especially with QR codes for workers and subtrades. The reporting tools, automatic photo organization, and ongoing support from their team to customize forms and improve workflows have made it adaptable to our operations.

Cons

Their time keeping doesn’t allow us to pull specific kind of reports. I don’t specifically deal with the kind of the reports that we want but this was one of the reason we didn’t switch over our time keeping.

We have enjoyed our transition to Corfix, over the years we have made many systems changes and this has been the easiest so far. The team we worked with was great: responsive and accommodating.

Pros

Easy to use for both Admin and Field personnel. All Corfix teams were easy to work with and very accommodating. Work flow of processes for the field is very easy to follow.

Cons

I wish the Syncing processes was more inclusive, i.e. cost code mapping, geofences, etc. worked when you synced the project from the ERP to Corfix instead of having to go back in to set them up manually.

I think Corfix is a great Canadian based software that offers a unique feature such as COR audits, but I don't feel sold that its capabilities are to a level where it allows us to get rid of other safety software such as the Procore safety Module. I think there is a lot of potential but I fear the focus on safety functions might be sidelined and project management may be the primary focus.

Pros

I like the overall design of the platform, it is very user friendly and easy to navigate. One feature that is very useful is being able to create a template and then see the mobile view with the click of a button and without having to leave the window.

Cons

Some features are missing that limit the practicality of fully implementing Corfix or using these tools. To be specific: 1.The binders are not user friendly, you cannot drag and drop files in and out of the folders. If this was set up with the same flexibility as the file explorer on your desktop we would use this to store all our safety documents. 2. Scheduled forms should be mapped to recognize a worker completed the template they are scheduled for without needing to go through the notification. This was a major selling point that you can do this but give inaccurate reporting as it will show a worker has an outstanding form when they may have created it before the notification was received. Another limitation is you should also be able to assign scheduled forms using the select all function instead individually 3. The forms page should be customizable to pick what data you'd like to see at a glance, Sent by company, name of person who sent form and date AND time form was sent. 4. When filtering information having the filter lock until you clear it would be super beneficial as if you click the wrong form you need to filter all over again, a quick view function could help this. 5. Having a page dedicated to incidents and their investigations to see and filter without all the other forms would be ideal and most safety platforms offer this, also having reporting capabilities for LTIs, TRIF, SIFR built into this module would make this software more competitive from a safety standpoint.

Overall my experience with Corfix has exceeded my expectations. The level of support is fantastic and the ability to create forms and templates has been fantastic.

Pros

It has been a great transition over from our previous platform. \[sensitive content hidden\] has been extremely helpful, answering all of our questions. We have had a few meetings that she has walked us through processes and help us create and navigate our way through the platform. Corfix to this point has been fantastic allowing us to really customize the templates to meet our needs. The service received has been terrific and is a great value for the cost.

Cons

If there is an area that is least liked it would be that the folders and tabs are not coloured. It would also be really nice if the menu bar did not grey out the selection, it is difficult to navigate.

We've only been using the Corfix software for a short time but we've seen measurable results in time efficiency for the field crews.

Pros

Onboarding, setup and training new staff was very easy. The field crews were extremely responsive and welcoming to a software that no longer relied on hand written paperwork.

Cons

We like the task module the least - not the concept but the ease of use. The initial data is lacking any ability to screen multiple tasks efficiently. A setup similar to completed forms would allow staff to manage multiple tasks more easily.

Since day one, the Corfix staff has been nothing but attentive, helpful, and consistently ensure that not only our admin staff, but our field staff are assisted with any concerns or help needed! I would HIGHLY recommend Corfix for any organization that needs an interface such as this, especially for organizations in the process of obtaining, or already COR Certified.

The people at Corfix are great to work with. They methodically went through the onboarding process, what the system can do, and helped out in creative ways to get the information that we wanted to be delivered to the workers. Mitch was great to work with and help me navigate the site, he was on time for meetings and always followed up with me if he didn't have the answer right away. \[sensitive content hidden\] from support has been great to work with. He is quick to get the issue rectified. I am very happy that we made the switch to Corfix and I am looking forward to what the future enhancements to the program are going to be.

Pros

The onboarding process was seamless. Workers are able to get all the required information that they need in one place to safely complete their tasks. The form management and reports that I am able to run to get the information that I am looking for.

Cons

N/A. There are no cons to what I have encountered in Corfix. The platform is great and the workers love it. One Con is that I had to leave a 100 character minimum comment in this box when I have no cons.

So far, our experience has been great. Using their product helped us immensely with becoming COR certified, and I foresee the whole COR audit experience being painless and smooth for future audits. The customer service is also exceptional. Whenever we have encountered an issue, which has been rare, the team is able to solve our problem extremely fast. In addition to this, whenever we need help in creating a new form, the team is able to do so very fast, or they are able to meet ASAP to help us create said form. Any questions we have had, there is always a solution presented that meets our needs.

Pros

Corfix really helps us address paperwork problems we have faced in the past. The forms are extremely easy to use, and from an administrative perspective, it has helped us keep on top of forms that need to be submitted on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. We also really love the certifications feature. This was a huge pain point before, trying to manually keep track of employees certifications before they expire. Now, this process is so smooth, we find we don't have to chase employees anymore. This software has also streamlined a lot of efficiency in getting documents to employees in a timely manner. Because of the nature of our work, it is hard to get paper work to employees on-time, because they are not in the office often. This can be things like project drawings, SDS, shop drawings, etc. Now, we can upload all these documents to the app, and our employees have them in the field whenever they need them, which is often.

Cons

There was some miscommunication at the beginning of the working relationship between our company and the sales call. This was largely on us for not clarifying certain items, and doing our due diligence at the beginning to research the features and see what was included as part of the onboarding and initial use of the product. However once that was all sorted, we have not had any negative experiences whatsoever.

Hands down the best support team I’ve dealt with. Quick, friendly, and they make you feel like priority #1. Where certs track themselves and support actually shows up faster than the coffee truck.

Pros

Customer support here is unreal—fast replies, real help, and they go above and beyond every time. Love how straightforward the app is on my phone, , and having cert tracking, project info, SDS sheets, and everything else right there with no lag is a massive win. Zero issues, no cons to report-easily 5 stars!

Cons

The document binders/file management isn’t as flexible as a regular desktop folder — no drag-and-drop to move files in/out easily.

Overall we love using it Corfix and we love not having the box’s of paperwork in our pickups.

Pros

Corfix is a very easy to use platform, we really like how fast we can send our employee certifications to our GC’s. We also love having everything on one platform.

Cons

Overall we don’t have anything we dislike about Corfix itself. The only downside is when you don’t have reception in remote areas, you have to fill forms out and save them when you do have service.

We’ve been using Corfix for our time tracking and workflow management, and the experience has been excellent. The platform is intuitive, reliable, and makes it much easier to stay on top of hours worked, tasks completed, and overall team performance. We also use Corfix to manage our Health & Safety forms and reports, which has been especially valuable as a COR-certified organization. Having everything centralized in one system ensures our documentation is complete, accessible, and always audit-ready. What really stands out is the customer support—responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Anytime we’ve had a question or needed assistance, the Corfix team has been quick to respond and focused on finding a solution. It’s clear they care about the user experience and take feedback seriously. Corfix has definitely added value to our day-to-day operations, and we’d gladly recommend it to any organization looking to streamline time tracking, compliance, and team management—with solid support behind the scenes.

Pros

Time tracking, workflow management, and our Health & Safety forms and reports are all in one place-user friendly, reliable and customizable. Easy integration with QBD. And, of course, their Customer Support!

Cons

We have not started using some features, and it is on us, not on Corfix. We also have many conditions for payroll hours and still have to adjust the data manually before uploading it to QBD. But again, this is our specific to our company.

Overall experience with Corfix was excellent. \[sensitive content hidden\] first conducted an orientation for our staff on how to use Corfix app, which was very informative and helpful. Following that, they provided the boardroom for our company annual meeting. We would definitely recommend Corfix.

The space was clean, well organized, and fully set up for our needs, which made the session run smoothly. Their team was friendly, creating a positive and welcoming environment
