Pros

I like the simplicity and the ease of use. Very easy to integrate into our work environment and train employees.

Cons

There's really not much that I don't like about Corfix. It can be difficult to set up the forms exactly how you want at first, but the customer service is very helpful.

Loaded with choices. Ability to setup various accounts with different functions.

Cons

Not easy to follow or setup. Hard to navigate when compared to previous software we used. Not easy to look at when revising or even creating say templates. Guides can be better. For example, when you open a template, each line should explain what it is used for, etc..

### "Corfix - Strong Safety Management Platform with Great Support and Options"

As noted above, overall we are very inspired by the solutions Corfix presents in construction industry, and probably other industires. The Corfix team seems constantly thriving for improvement and able to offer solutions for the options we need, which is greatly appreciated.

Pros

We’ve introduced Corfix about three months ago and already we find that Corfix provides excellent value for what you get. The pricing is competitive compared to other construction-focused software platforms, and the return on investment is noticeable through improved coordination and reduced rework. Features like safety tracking and reporting. Learning curve is present, for obvious reasons, but we’ve tested it for users with no experience, and they were able to navigate form completion with ease. There are built-in guides and templates that definitely help shorten the ramp-up period. We found customer support as one of Corfix’s strongest points. Responses are prompt, friendly, and solution-oriented. Support staff are knowledgeable about the construction industry, which makes troubleshooting and onboarding much smoother. Safety functionality in Corfix is robust and tailored for construction environments. Incident reporting, audit tracking, project stats, asset tracking, live dashboards, employee profiles, upload and storage of training certificates are intuitive and customizable — which helps keep compliance high and risk low. We did not find any glitches in running the reports for training certificates (some issue that we’ve experienced with the previous software platform). The system makes it easy to document site conditions and communicate corrective actions quickly. Notably, customization options are good, especially for safety forms templates, workflows, assets and reporting dashboards. You can adapt templates and fields to fit different project types. A few more drag-and-drop and additional options for various types of assets and configuration tools would be nice, but we find that overall flexibility is better than many competitors. Although some additional features to make them more “training oriented” would be appreciated but there is a possibility of building training modules with checklist or questionnaires. We’ve heard positive feedback from the field completing the forms and using dashboards for reporting, with comments like: “I like it more than what we had before”, “I like toolbox talk uploads”, “I found it easy to navigate”, etc.

Cons

Some limitation on font selection when building templates, which is practically negligeable but would present a nicer feature.

Super amazing, would highly recommend! Corfix truly helps us keep our employees safe with an easy to use platform. Very happy with the switchover.

\- Easy to use and the onboarding with Mitch was super smooth. - Their support team in the background made it easier to onboard - not having to put extra work onto our team to integrate everything. - Mitch did a great job of also escalading issues and sending meeting notes afterwards for who needs to do what.

Cons

\- Nothing that I can think of! Mitch was great and he's done such a great job at connecting us with \[sensitive content hidden\] . - \[sensitive content hidden\] has also been amazing so far! I can tell he's very knowledgeable about the platform and has a great memory for remembering what we have talked about in the past.

My overall experience with Corfix has been excellent from start to finish. From the initial kickoff meeting and form build-out process to the official launch, the entire experience was extremely professional and well organized. One thing that really stood out was having a member of the Corfix team attend our launch in person to provide a full platform introduction and training session with our entire team — that level of support made a huge difference in ensuring a smooth transition. Since launch, the continued customer support has been next level. The team is responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to help or answer questions. Corfix is constantly improving the platform, introducing new features, and engaging with users through update sessions and information meetings. Overall, the platform has helped streamline our operations, improve accountability, and modernize our safety and project management processes.

Pros

What I liked most about Corfix is how easy the system is to use while still being extremely powerful from a safety and project management standpoint. The learning curve was minimal, and our team was able to adapt to the platform quickly. Customer support has been outstanding — responses are fast, helpful, and they genuinely listen to feedback. The Corfix team is constantly making improvements to the platform and regularly hosts information sessions and update webinars to keep users informed about new features and best practices. From a safety management perspective, the form management and workflow automation capabilities have been a huge benefit. The ability to complete forms digitally, assign corrective actions, track training records, collect signatures, and maintain organized documentation has significantly improved efficiency and accountability across our operations. Overall, Corfix has provided excellent value for money and has streamlined many of our day-to-day processes. I would highly recommend it to companies looking for a modern, user-friendly alternative to other safety software platforms.

Cons

Honestly, I have very little negative to say about Corfix. Our experience with the platform has been very positive overall. Like any software, there can occasionally be small adjustments when new updates or features are introduced, but the support team is quick to assist and continuously works to improve the system based on user feedback.

Overall, Corfix has been a good fit for our company. It helped us move toward more organized digital systems instead of relying on paperwork and scattered communication. It’s especially useful for safety documentation, forms, and keeping field information flowing back to the office. It’s not perfect, but compared to a lot of construction software out there, it’s practical, easy enough to implement, and actually built around how construction companies operate.

Pros

Corfix has been solid for keeping our field and office more connected. We use it for safety, forms, time tracking, and job documentation, and it’s helped clean up a lot of the paper chaos. The mobile app is straightforward enough for field guys to actually use, which matters in construction. I also like that everything is stored in one place instead of chasing texts, photos, and paperwork across different apps. Customer support has been responsive anytime we’ve had questions or needed help setting something up.

Cons

There’s still a bit of a learning curve when you first roll it out to crews, especially for guys that aren’t super tech-savvy. Some features could also integrate better with other systems and reporting could be a little more customizable. Like most construction software, you really need buy-in from the whole team for it to work properly day-to-day.

The system and its functionality are easy to use. It supports all of our business process in one spot. It is a powerful tool for us when it comes to pulling together our data and looking at reports for decision making. Also, the user side is very straight forward and our employees use the app with ease.

Nothing really. Corfix has been great. We are more of a transportation company than in the construction world, but the tool works for us and the Corfix team has help us make it work for our business processes and needs.

In the 1.5 years I've been using Corfix my experience with Corfix personnel across different departments has always been positive. Nothing to complain about.

Pros

Customer support is always easy to reach, and you deal with a live person. Form management is excellent, The information webinars are very informative which in turn helps you to manage Corfix in a way that is very rewarding re your safety program.

Cons

Nothing. The Support team is very knowledgeable and explain things in a manner that you can understand, especially when you are new to Corfix.

Corfix delivers good value for money. The onboarding process and customer support was and continues to be excellent. They make it very easy to book meetings and help you become self-sufficient.

Cons

Some redundancies exist that annoy our technicians, and you have to be creative sometimes to find solutions. It doesn't bother us but I'm sure it's an issue with some clients.

What I like most about Corfix is how incredibly user-friendly the system is. Both the online platform and mobile app are intuitive, making it easy for our team to adopt and use. Another standout is the exceptional support team—right from the beginning of our launch, they’ve been hands-on, responsive and truly invested in ensuring a smooth implementation for our company. Mike and Dylan are amazing!

Cons

There are a few minor bugs during our soft launch, but the team is actively working to resolve them. None of these issues have affected the functionality or usability of the platform, so it hasn’t impacted my overall experience or rating.

Very positive! Issues always get addressed within a very short turnaround. It has really helped to streamline our company's health and safety documents and records.

Pros

The quick response time from the Team at Corfix and their ability to continue improving the product if there is a need they are not meeting.

Cons

I guess the only thing i can think of would be that they could benefit from having a scheduling ability to schedule maintenance to assets in relation to their operating manual, which is a requirement for COR - to complete preventative maintenance as per the operating manual.

We've often faced challenges with workers completing paperwork correctly, and Corfix provides a more seamless solution. It ensures that documents are reviewed nightly, reducing the risk of missing or incomplete paperwork.

Pros

My experience with Corfix has been overwhelmingly positive. I love its versatility and the wide range of capabilities it offers within a single app. The customer service team has been incredibly helpful, making it easy to understand and always providing prompt, knowledgeable responses to my questions. The transition from paper to the app has been smooth, and I’m excited to continue exploring its features to enhance our Health & Safety processes.

Corfix has allowed us to increase our buy-in with respect to safety reporting in particular by a multiple we cannot describe. We will continue working with the team to make improvements.

Pros

Easy to use. If you set the documents up correctly, the mobile platform is very user friendly.

Cons

Reporting from Corfix is a work in progress. The team there is working at it, but as of now, you have to fully understand the product and build your forms correctly to ensure decent reporting.
