My experience is that support was turned over to someone else after Solera took over. Since then there's been nothing good that has happened with CRM. You can't get any issues resolved and no one at the company cares. Solera will be the death of Dealer Socket.

Pros

It's somewhat straight forward as far as usability. That is once you get used to it.

Cons

Support is AWFUL! You can't "bulk" email customers. If you get numerous inquiries from the same person it's a puzzle trying to figure out what to do with them. There was no training at all involved when we go the CRM, so we had to figure all out on our own and if we had questions then good luck dealing with support. EVERYTHING you do with support they just tell you they will "escalate" the problem. That basically means it's not going to get fixed because you never hear back from anyone. It's very outdated and if you ask if there's any plans on updating anything you don't get an answer. You can request enhancements but there's not been any real enhancements in the 5+ years I've been using it. There's just so much wrong that I could never list it all here. Also, if you want to complain about anything, you get 1 person that handles your account, that's it. No one over them or no one else to talk to. I've been trying to get an inventory feed problem handled for 4 months now and still no resolution in sight and no one will give me answers about it. And lastly, this product is EXTREMELY over priced compared to similar CRM's out there. Do your homework when checking them out, but my suggestion is stay far away from this company!
