Une plateforme fulfilment excellente. On a amélioré nos délais de livraison, simplifié nos processus internes et solidifié nos suivis.

Pros

Efficace, facile à utiliser, parfait pour tous nos besoins : expéditions, stocks, suivis, retours, fret... tout intégré avec nos plateformes (CRM, Shopify, etc). Equipes support et partenaire suivi excellents.

Cons

Rien à redire. Vraiment. On a été accompagnés et écoutés depuis le début sans faille. Tout aspect que l'on a souhaité modifier a été super facile à faire en direct dans l'interface web ou avec les équipes.

Wir nutzen Hive jetzt schon seit erwa einem Jahr für unser D2C Fulfillment. Die Einrichtung war unkompliziert soweit ich mich erinnere und die Plattform deckt alles ab, was man im Tagesgeschäft braucht. Lagerbestände, Inbounds, Retouren, Analysen, usw. Support reagiert schnell, wenn es mal ein Problem gibt. Meiner Meinung nach eine gute Wahl :)

Pros

Die App ist intuitiv und bietet Echtzeit einblicke in Bestellungen und Lagerbestände. Unser Account Manager ist gut erreichbar und kümmert sich zuverlässig (zumindest meistens ;) ). Die fulfillment Geschwindigkeit im D2C Bereich ist konstant gut, kann mich echt nicht beklagen.

Cons

Bei B2B Bestellungen gibt es noch Verbesserungspotenzial. Je nach Anforderungen, Volumen, usw ist es manchmal noch etwas schwierig. Aber es wurde uns versprochen dass die nächsten Wochen positive Änderungen auf uns zukommen.

La mia esperienza con Hive è stata estremamente deludente. Nonostante le promesse iniziali e una piattaforma software ben costruita, l’esecuzione logistica è stata un disastro: ritardi costanti, scarso supporto, comunicazione lenta e mancanza totale di attenzione al cliente. Anche la fase di chiusura del rapporto è stata gestita in modo approssimativo e senza assistenza. Purtroppo, non posso consigliare Hive a nessuna azienda che cerchi un partner logistico serio e affidabile, soprattutto per operazioni B2B.

Pros

La dashboard è ben fatta, intuitiva e graficamente curata. Purtroppo, questo è l’unico aspetto positivo.

Cons

Servizio operativo disorganizzato e inefficiente. Tempi di evasione lenti, kitting e de-kitting che richiedono anche oltre 5 giorni lavorativi per attività banali. Gestione B2B caotica, con spedizioni multicollo mai risolte e frequenti ritardi che hanno generato penali e chargeback. Durante l’offboarding nessun supporto, merce smarrita all’interno dei loro magazzini (4 cartoni master mai consegnati al corriere) e completa mancanza di responsabilità da parte del team. Il canone mensile è assolutamente ingiustificato rispetto al servizio offerto.

Thanks to the seamless integration with our Shopify platform and to the continuous interaction and feedback with the Hive Account Management team the logistics and supply chain management is now one of the strong points in our value proposition

Hive has proven to be a fast and reliable partner, we no longer have to worry about logistics and thanks to this we have been able to focus on the development of our business.

Pros

Hive can provide excellent customer service and great dedicated account management, flexible and complete support in the integration and startup phase of the logistics activities, reliable options to deliver products everywhere in Italy within 24/48 hours at a competitive price, clear pricing plan, user interface of the app that is simple to use from the beginning. All in all a very good partner that takes care at 360 of Logistics, Delivery and Inventory Management for your e-commerce!

Cons

We are missing a native integrated solution to mirror the orders from our eBay store to the Hive app, this would work better than our manual work or a third party paid plug-in.
