Pros

Really simple customer portal they actually useWe started with onboarding and expanded to more use cases

Cons

These kinds of softwares are difficult to get set up if you don't know what you're doing... kinda like CRMs thankfully the team was super helpful and gave lots of guidance on how to structure our processes so customers would do the work
