My restaurant, Moko Ramen Bar in Las Vegas started working with Owner.com since the end of Feb, 2023 and My employee and I are now very happy to use Owner.com for online orders. We made sales of $2000 from Owner.com so far and saved $500 for 3rd party savings. Our customers can make easy and fast online orders through our own website, and can also use the royalty program. We get the information of customers, so it can be used for email coupons, future promotions, and informing our updates. Our employees are also happy because customers who order through our website are very generous for tips ^^. Customer service is very fast and nice, especially assigned dedicated success manager for each restaurant keeps helping us a lot on everything I need. Owner.com is exactly what I have been looking for.

Pros

\- Flat rate: charge a flat rate monthly instead of % commission on every order. 3rd party delivery companies charge a huge % commission on each order, so the more we make sales, the more the fee increases. But Owner.com has a different system which makes me encourage our customers to use Owner.com for online orders.- Intergrated system: provide well-made website, easy online order system, gift cards, and more.

Cons

\- Fee for the delivery order: charge just flat fee for the delivery which is a little expensive compared to 3rd party delivery companies (their fee varies depending on distance or something.). This makes orders from Owner.com are mostly pick-up orders.

Pros

I like that Owner allows me to do email and text message marketing, that integrates with my online ordering.

Cons

I would like to see Owner integrate with the Toast POS system.

Cons

The gift card are great but some customers don't realize that it's for online purchase only.

Owner.com was really helpful to increase my business sale and customers satisfaction. We have moved from 3 k sales a month using Popmenu to almost 10 k in just 3 months. We are optimistic about it in near future and definitely will think it will take our business way forward compared to other 3ed companies like Grubhub and Doordash

Functionality and easy to access and dependability of the website are the most important we found compared to other companies

Cons

Not having their own app to manage our dashboard and website is very important to have in future.

Great experience from the beginning until now. We use Owner.com almost one year and we see our customer loyalty grow. Owner.com has increase our exposures in our areas to new customer and repeat customers. We have grown our direct online sales close to 10k per month with Owner.com. Their loyalty programs help retain repeat customers. It is definitely a better option when restaurants offering online delivery/order to go with Owner.com because it will lower your cost in the long term (no commission and no on-site delivery driver needed for the restaurant). If you want to grow your business, definitely give Owner.com a try!

Pros

easy to use, easy on-boarding. Great support from Restaurant success manager and tech department. Willing to learn to our issues and opinions about the systems. Always evolving. Great pricing.

Cons

so far they willing to work with us in term of integration to our POS system, always trying to streamline the operation to make it more efficient which is a plus for small but multi units like us.

Saving in printing costs because owner.com provides me with flyers also i save on costs of flyer designs because owner .com provides this service. Also i am able to save costs of text marketing and email marketing programs. i love this about them .

They offer a well rounded package and continue to upgrade and improve without increasing the cost to the user .

The inflexibility with what you can do with the website features and pages ..

Pros

Using owner you receive the benefit of savings on 3rd party deliveries as well as low commission to the website. The website is also incredibly efficient and user friendly with customizations on almost everything! In the rare event we are not able to come to a solution online, it is no worries because I am able to give their team a call and receive assistance almost immediately with great communication as well as quickness and kindness! We have used other sites in the past but none have been as satisfactory as owner.com! Owner.com understands Owners!!

Cons

I have no complaints about owner.com. So far I have been 100% satisfied!

Pros

It was easy to transition to Owner.com. Their team handled my integration once I granted access to my website domain, google listing, etc. Within a few days, they had a full-fledged website with all the online ordering, SEO, and other bells and whistles. I also received flyers, a tablet and printing station at no extra cost within a week. The customer support team has been very responsive to any issues and modifications I had.

Cons

I started with Owner.com in mid-December which presented some challenges due to the busyness of my restaurant as well as the availability of the support team. And because they made the website for me so quickly, there were some kinks in the online ordering and my menu that had to be ironed out.

A more robust platform that incorporated both the website and online ordering platform and includes a branded app.

Pros

The customer support is amazing - any time we have had an issue arise it is super easy to contact someone to either fix an order or update a menu item. We have also been able to increase traffic to our website by using Owner.com and have seen a huge increase in our online sales. Wes tarted using Owner.com in December and have seen sales increase month over month, generating over $5,000/month in online sales last month.

Cons

it would be nice if they were able to come and take the menu item photos so all the photos on the website were consistent. We have been slowly trying to add photos of our food but it's hard to get them to all look the same so the website can look a bit sloppy. It is super helpful to just send the photos we do take to our account representative and know they will be uploaded immediately!

It has been great overall. They have a team that supports you.

Pros

Put the power back in your hands to offer delivery to your customers without the huge commission cuts. Owner offers a website and app for iOS that is vital in todays market. The team will work with you to get you up and running in no time.

Cons

So far nothing I can think of. The price might be a little high for some but once your volume of delivery and take out increase; you will notice it’s much cheaper than other major competitors pricing.

The switch to owner.com for our online ordering at my store Sgt. Pepper's Pizza has been a great upgrade and we are very happy with the experience that is being provided to our guests.

Pros

The setup was easy and although our menu and specials are a bit complicated the owner.com support team was able to get everything setup and functioning correctly for the launch. The owner.com online ordering system also includes branded mobile apps for both IOS and Android. We are now at $5k+/month in direct online monthly sales which is double the sales that were being generated by our old online ordering system.

Cons

There is no direct integratations currently with our POS system but the development team is working to get the integration complete by the end of the year.
