I have a very diversified porfolio so managing all that at one place is very effective for me. I am also able to keep track of my equity in the companies.

Pros

The detailed report about my stock portfolio helps me figure out what to invest next in the future which is very usefull.

Cons

The generating feature for reports is sometimes slow.

Overall it is a useful tool that gives me a detailed report of investment which is useful for me but it needs some improvements

Pros

I like the real-time tracking and transparency it provides moreover, the report it provides is very useful for me.

Cons

sometimes when generating detailed reports it take time which I do not like.

"The WOWS investment table is very efficient, intuitive and easy to use. It helps build trust between stakeholders, which is important for investment evaluation and planning. ".

Cons

The app is difficult to use and is very slow and lags. More facilities should be provided for chat options and it would be good if there were more options for automating things

WOWS Cap Table has revolutionized equity management at our firm. It gives us fine-tuned tracking and insightful reporting for even better financial control in our strategic decision-making process. It's been super reliable, and within the feature-rich environment, it's offered so much clarity and control over our capital structure. This has become a critical asset for our financial operations.

Pros

WOWS is great with managing cap tables and capital structure. Intuitive design means that even the most complex cap table cases become easier. Advanced reporting is a power tool to put crystal-clear insights into action, if anything—actually helping to make the difference in tracking changes with ownership and smooth equity distribution.

Cons

The very detailed nature of the platform means an initial setup can be somewhat complex. An easier, more streamlined onboarding process with extra guided setup options would make an implementation quicker and smoother.

Reasons for choosing WOWS Equity

I chose WOWS Cap Table because it's user-friendly, and the reporting options are very good. Though Carta and Shareworks do have great features for equity management, WOWS Cap Table stood ahead in this respect since it would integrate very well with our current financial systems and also deal with rather complicated equity setups with much ease.

Pros

I like how it simplifies ESOP management,plus it provides us with real time updates regarding investments which is very crucial for maintaining accurate records.Finally I also acknowledge WOWS Cap Tables's advanced dashboard which helps us analyze funding rounds effectively.

Cons

So far so good,I like the customer support team who are very professional when replying to queries and whenever I had query they responded in less than 24hrs.

Pros

Cap Table was very intuitive and easy to use. It had tutorial that explained everything quite well. One of the best capital management software I have used because of its automated tasks and amazing financial reporting.

Cons

Nothing to complain about. This is a new system and does everything that is said well.

WOWS Cap Table is a part of its Founder Suite, which is simple to get started with. With the Cap Table, I'm able to create a profile for my company and then offer the ability to create a basic cap table, add convertible notes, and dilution details. It is also well integrated with the complete WOWS Founder Suite.

Cons

The user interface is lacking on the modern part, and could be improved in the near future.
