Nos ha ayudado a la gestión de los espacios de trabajo de la empresa, es muy fácil de usar en el día a día.

Pros

El uso es muy sencillo e intuitivo, fue muy fácil de implantar. Poder cargar o eliminar planos y nuevos usuarios o recursos sin necesidad de soporte técnico en solo unos minutos.

Cons

En móvil cuando haces zoom sobre plano y seleccionas una parte del plano, la pantalla modal emergente no se ve, hay que deshacer el zoom

Muy mala:Explicamos los requerimientos al principio y nos dijeron que la herramienta los cumplía, que pagásemos el producto para darnos atención. Lo hicimos y después nos dijeron que no se cumplían los requerimientos que se requería un desarrollo con un coste extra muy elevado.

Pros

Facilidad de instalación del producto base.

Cons

No hemos podido implementar las mejoras por que suponían un coste inasumible.Al principio del proyecto no se pusieron pegas a esos requerimientos pero a la hora del desarrollo se informó del tiempo y el coste. Desaconsejable.

La ventaja es que aquellos empleados sin plaza de parking asignada, puedan aparcar dentro de las instalaciones utilizando las plazas libres de aquellos que las liberan

Pros

Que nos ha dado la posibilidad de gestionar el parking de nuestra empresa

Cons

Creo que faltan algunas funcionalidades para que la herramienta sea un poco más flexible y eficiente en cuanto a realizar las reservas, como por ejemplo:- Que los usuarios con plaza no tengan plazos para liberar, pero que los usuarios que no tienen sí.- Que se puedan seleccionar varios días de una vez para liberar la plaza y no de uno en uno.- Botón de "anterior" y "siguiente" para actualizar la fecha, y no tener que seleccionarla en el calendario- Que el sistema envíe recordatorios de vez en cuando a los usuarios con plaza para que liberen los días que no las van a utilizar

Pros

Me gusta la forma en que puedo reservar mi lugar de trabajo en la empresa. De esa manera puedo ir tranquilo a trabar de manera presencial y cuidándome con todos los protocolos de bioseguridad que la situación actual demanda.

Cons

Hay ciertos momentos, muy ocasionales, en que no se envía el correo de alguna notificación. Pero no repercute en la utilización del software.

Sería genial contar con una app para los terminales móviles y no sólo la web. No es ágil la gestión de zonas de parking cuando hay que compartir como, por ejemplo, moticicletas
