This is a very good, user-friendly and affordable product that has great value for the cost and good customer support. The software continues to improve and be updated per what we were promised. This is our 3rd. software in 3 years and is by far the best and a keeper.

Pros

\-Very user-friendly -Exceptionally customizeable -Good customer service -Levels for types of users helps to make it easier to train on (there is not a lot of extra stuff that makes it confusing) -Interfaces well with our pharmacy's software.

Cons

\-The customization process can feel daunting but is worth investing time into. -Would be nice to have some sort of apartment tracking module (future update I'm sure : ).

I enjoyed the training in the beginning when we started using it. I do enjoy the check in's from the company to make sure all is still going well and answer any questions we may have. I enjoy the easy use of the product and easy navigation.

Pros

Customer support has been fast, reliable, and friendly every time I have needed them. I am pleased with this program. It is easy to navigate. There are a few things that I would like to see in the future but overall this is a really great program to use!

Cons

It makes you click to many "okay" boxes after you have clicked okay or complete. Kind of repetitive. I can't type in a medication and it show me a list of all residents that take that medication. I would love to have that. Sometimes I wish there were a way for me to see all resident instead of just one side at a time. There may be but I don't know about it if there is.

Easy to use (except the MAR), easy to navigate for the most part. Would like to have access to more in depth on-line training to learn all the features that we may not be taking advantage of.

Pros

Easy to navigate, easy to train new staff for simple operations like charting. I was able to train myself on how to use it, however I know there is probably more that is can do and I am not utilizing it to full potential.

Cons

The MAR is not user friendly. I have reported issues with med times being back dated to with no resolution and it is still causing issues. Scheduling tasks is confusing for new staff. Need more access to in-depth online training so upper admin can really utilize ECP for all it can do.

Our agency has been an customer for about 5 years now. We transitioned from paper documentation to ECP's EHR software relatively easily and the experience has overall been very positive. We have an established link with our preferred LTC pharmacy which has made everything so much simpler and safer!

Pros

is user-friendly and resident-focused, offering a simple, straight-forward interface with many ways to tailor information, tasks and reports to our company's needs, with easily some of the best customer support I've worked with.

Cons

I would love to see add options for internal messaging and resident appointment tracking in the future!

Pros

Value for the money is good. Customer service is very quick to respond. Information documentation is very easy and manageable. Resident management is good.

Cons

More report options to run are what are needed. Not just the diet sheets and face sheet. If they could put an option to run a report of patient taking an insulin, antibiotics, and/or anticoagulants. Also, a report to run for diagnosis, who does or doesn't have it. The report to run for the doctors are very confusing.

Overall, the experience has been extremely positive, and it has been enjoyable to train new communities on the platform. The level of customer support and regional support provided by ECP is unlike anything I have experienced before. I am very happy that our communities are utilizing ECP and continuing to grow through the use of its various interfaces and integrations.

Pros

has incredible customer support and has been very user-friendly for our teams. The platform makes it easy for staff to document resident care, complete charting, and add progress notes efficiently, which helps support both compliance and continuity of care for our residents.

Cons

One area where could continue to improve is within the assessment process. Streamlining assessments to make them more efficient and user-friendly would help reduce duplication, improve workflow for clinical teams, and allow staff to complete documentation more timely while maintaining accuracy and compliance.

I use it multiple times a day every day. It goes well. is set at 40 mins to give a notification of not passed. When as a company we have an hour before and an hour after. If the time could be adjusted before saying a med or treatment is past due

Houses are grouped together. In history there is a drop down for individuals so you can easily switch

Cons

When old employees come back to work they have problems accessing . Sometimes 2 accounts are in there. The old one and then a new one when they return. Can termed employees be deleted right away.

In comparison to Devero, I like Devero better. But that was more when I was working as a home health nurse.

Pros

is efficient and easy to use. I like the face sheet the best because it lists all pertinent information.

Cons

No place for medication reconciliation. This would be a great tool for the med techs when administering medications.

My experience is good and continue to learn with biweekly calls with . The support if ECP is excellent when you call or email, the representative is very patient. Value is good as it is detailed and information is secured.

Pros

is easy to communicate with residents, family and to send care plans. Billing is accessible easily ands in now central area.

Cons

Onboarding challenging but easy with time. Last entry of documentation need to be shown with new entry.

We have been using for the last 3 years in Texas in our IDD Group home setting. It has been wonderful to have this software being capable of integrating with different pharmacies across the state. This software is very well developed and maintained, and it comes highly recommended in healthcare sector.

Pros

The most i liked about was how user friendly it is and how easy is for our staff to navigate through the different tabs. Customer support is AMAZING. It is a great investment our company invested in.

Cons

The staff access does not have the access to go back when they missed charting without changing their user credentials.

The way its set up to pass meds and easy to print facesheets, being able to add all the residents information and life story profiles.

Cons

Not able to DC orders instead of discontinued orders when the state comes it looks at our audits it does not reflect in system we have to add an alert.

Overall, it has been working well. Customer service has been very helpful every time I've needed them.

Pros

No more paper, it is mostly user friendly. Has definitely saved money with printing monthly MARS and TARS. I'm still figuring out the difference between task and treatment

Cons

I wish the medications would flag a different way when due. Not all pop up at once and color coded differently. It is not easy to edit an assessment; it creates a whole new one and I find it time consuming when I get pulled away and come back to it and can't just jump back in, I have to start a new one.

I have worked with for many years and I love it. I would be lost without it. It has so many pro's and not alot of con's, that I have run into anyways. It saves alot of time when it comes to charting on residents.

Pros

Working with is great. It is easy to navigate through different areas on it. Very convenient when you need to find a document quickly. Customer service is great also. Very friendly and can help navigate any concerns. Resident management is quick and efficient. You can set up tasks per your facility. Medication management is easy to follow. Security is great so no one can get into files that are not authorized to do so. ECP overall is a great tool for value of your money.

Cons

I think it should have some type of backup when the internet connection is lost. Staff does get frustrated when and if we loose internet connection and they are not able to document.

It has been a great partnership between us and ; no complaints and we are happy to use ECP as our EHR, EMAR and CRM platform!

Pros

is very user-friendly and if support is ever needed; they are quick to assist. Care plans for residents and medication management features are easy to use as well. We started using the CRM portal recently and are enjoying getting to use that as well.

Cons

I really cannot think of any cons to or things that I like least. The flexibility of the platform and ability to manipulate things is helpful, but for some people there is a longer learning curve due to everything ECP can do.

My experience with has been relatively easy. I am not a computer person, and I only know how to do what I am taught, but I feel I can teach someone else how to use majority of this system.

Easy to navigate, Customer service is always quick in returning calls and messages, with easy-to-understand direction. I can easily find any information documented, and customize any report needed. I have no idea about how much money or value it cost, billing or security as that is not part of my access, but I have

What I like least about is sometimes information is not accessible in all areas. Like if I put a tb skin test in ECP and it was given I still have to go in immunizations to document it again.

We are an Assisted Living community that has been using for years, same system since before I started 9 years ago. I love how easy it is to use and manage and train others to understand and utilize effectively. Customer costumer support has not let me down yet.

If is resident is LOA during the med pass but and return within the hour after schedule time, it will not prompt to pass that resident meds as "status" was away at time of scheduled pass.

Very positive. Easy for med techs to learn. Easy to check for undocumented meds. This is one of the hardest things for me to control on a daily basis. The problem isn't the system, its the users.

Pros

Other than regular daily use, I had to email support for a password issue and the support person \[sensitive content hidden\], responded very promptly with easy to understand instructions. She also followed up with an email to be sure everything worked out for me.

Cons

I don't really have anything I don't like about it. The only thing that I didn't know that causes a minor issue is that the med list that prints with the face sheet does NOT include treatments.

I love it and I’ve used several ehr systems this is the only one that has an intuitive count for meds that others don’t have. The files are easy to upload and the information I need is right at my fingertips .

Pros

That all our information needs are easily accessible, the customer support is amazing and responsive.

Cons

If my resident is out at say program there are things I cannot do or access while they are out for the day unless I “bring them back” on the building even if they are still out for the day.

I don’t like that when you update a care plan it does not time stamp it. I find it cumbersome to have to do an assessment every time the care plan.

has almost eliminated the need to store paper files for residents, compliance, and even employee files.

Pros

's overall function is easy to navigate, even for someone that may not have the best computer skills. Charting, compliance, and internal notes just for staff communication are top-notch.

Cons

I feel is missing a calendar tab. A Calendar tab where management could enter appointments and events that would prompt staff.

Overall I have had all good experiences with . It has made my world as Administrator much easier. The ECP team when you call the office are nothing but friendly and will work to help you solve your issues. I never feel rushed and to me that is important to learn things slowly

Pros

I come from old school where everything was hand written and kept in resident charts. This is so much easier and neater, easy to find history on anything I am looking for without having to dig through years of files. I am able to monitor how the residents are daily, I can monitor medication passes to make sure things are being done.

Cons

There is really nothing that I dont like, I just think there is so much I dont understand and could really use some training on things to better utilize all areas. One area I would really like to learn is using for ISP's. Right now i had write all of them
