Love it all and open for additional features. Knowledge based and training is a bang as well. Support is available 24X7 and very accommodating.

Pros

Interface and feature request. Support customize config I can't list all but there some minor features that need to be added.

Cons

only conflict with some filtering solutions and screenshot artefacts. Maybe some updates in the computer with last login user.

It is great when the emails alert you to a rule that is setup or to quickly look at what an employee is working on.

Pros

It works well when it is working. We have an issue that makes it go down often and it is a pain to look at things when it lapses.

Cons

The lapses when the software goes down makes it hard to use consistently.

Teramind is an excellent product that enables us to keep close tabs on user activity and prevent data exfiltration. It is easy to install and administer and as powerful as it is, it is very easy to administer. A very well written program!

Pros

The product is very powerful yet is very easy to administer. I really like the fact that it can be used surreptitiously to monitor behavior, but also used to monitor user productivity.

Cons

This product is not the least expensive option, however, when you factor in all the features it provides, it is worth it.
