It is easy to install and administer and as powerful as it is, it is very easy to administer. A very well written program! Pros The product is very powerful yet is very easy to administer. I really like the fact that it can be used surreptitiously to monitor behavior, but also used to monitor user productivity. Cons This product is not the least expensive option, however, when you factor in all the features it provides, it is worth it.
