I would highly recommend this program if you are searching for a CRM. The support staff is great, it is easy to use and above all it is affordable.

Pros

What I liked most about HubSpot Marketing Hub was that it was easy to use and did not feel overly complicated. It is affordable, has good value as a CRM, and can be adapted to fit just about any industry or organization.

Cons

The only thing I did not like was that I wish certain things were easier to customize. Some of the menus and layout options felt a little fixed, and it would be helpful to have more control over how things are organized so the system could better fit the way each organization actually works.

The day-to-day experience for me — tracking activity, seeing a contact's full history, moving deals through a pipeline — is genuinely smooth. I find the user interface pretty intuitive. Starting out I felt like I was getting real value for moeny. But as soon as a team needs real automation, deeper reporting, or AI features you hit a wall that's priced steeply, as well as with onboarding fees.

Pros

I like that it consolidates CRM, marketing automation, sales engagement, customer service, website CMS, and operations, under one roof. The fact that it offers unlimited users and unlimited contacts with pipelines is a real advantage - and something not many other hubs are offering. It's also pretty intuitive meaning the learning curve is low. In addition to that, their knowledge base is pretty robust, meaning there are many resources to help me - if needed.

Cons

Despite my earlier comments about the generous pricing - AI workflows, custom reports, and A/B testing are locked behind Professional tiers, meaning that in today's fast-changing world, it has it's limitations without upgrading. I also find the distinction between paid seats, free users, core seats, and view-only access

Pros

HubSpot Marketing Hub is intuitive and easy to use, with a clean interface that makes it simple to build campaigns, automate marketing workflows, and track performance. The CRM integration is seamless, and the reporting tools provide valuable insights that help optimize marketing efforts. It also scales well as business needs grow.

Cons

One challenge is tracking leads when they submit a form using a different email address than the one already associated with their contact or company record. This can create duplicate contacts or make it difficult to attribute activity to the correct company, requiring additional manual cleanup and impacting reporting accuracy.

[Zoho CRM](https://www.capterra.com/p/155928/Zoho-CRM/)

We switched from Zoho because we needed a more robust marketing automation platform with stronger CRM integration and reporting capabilities. HubSpot provides a more intuitive user experience, making it easier to build campaigns, automate workflows, and measure performance across the customer journey. The seamless connection between marketing and sales activities also made it a better fit for our team's operational needs.

Pros

Hubspot is a great CRM that can be used for sales process and contact management, email marketing, and email automation.

Cons

The main downside of Hubspot is pricing. It's an expensive tool to implement but comes with a wide range of features

Reasons for choosing HubSpot Marketing Hub

Mostly determined by pricing but Salesforce also has a steep learning curve

Pros

Best and most complete all-in-one marketing platform for companies who dream big and want to achieve the best results.

Cons

Quite expensive solution if you want to use all the tools, an Hubspot expert is required to set and integrate it with existing ERPs.

I have been using hubspot with other marketing tools for years and found that hubspot is always my favourite one.

Pros

It has a lot of useful functions and tools for both email marketing and social media posts and ads management.

Cons

The automation of the tool is not the easiest. I took a few lessons to learn it but it’s worth it so much.

The platform is intuitive, reliable, and continually evolving with new features and improvements. While there is a learning curve for some of the more advanced functionality, the available training resources and customer support have made it easy to maximize its value. Overall, HubSpot Marketing Hub has helped us streamline our marketing processes, improve lead generation, and better measure the impact of our campaigns.

Pros

What I like most about HubSpot Marketing Hub is how it brings all of our marketing efforts into one centralized platform. From email marketing and social media scheduling to landing pages, forms, workflows, and campaign reporting, everything works together seamlessly. The automation capabilities have saved our team a significant amount of time by streamlining repetitive tasks and ensuring leads receive timely, personalized communication.

Cons

While HubSpot Marketing Hub is a powerful platform, some of the more advanced features are only available in the higher-tier plans, which can become expensive as your marketing needs grow. There is also a learning curve when setting up complex automation workflows and advanced reporting, especially for new users. Additionally, some customization options for emails and landing pages can feel limiting compared to specialized design tools. That said, the platform continues to improve with regular updates, and the overall benefits have far outweighed these minor limitations.

A major factor in our decision was HubSpot's integration with our Genius ERP system. By connecting HubSpot with Genius, we can seamlessly share customer, quote, and sales data between our CRM and ERP, reducing manual data entry, improving data accuracy, and giving both our sales and operations teams access to more complete, up-to-date information. This integration has streamlined our workflows, increased efficiency, and provided better visibility throughout the entire customer lifecycle—from lead generation to project completion and ongoing customer support.

Pros

Good tool for email marketing. We use it for email communications to customers and prospects, and it does the job.

Cons

Not much. It does take time to setup properly, and email deliverability can be an issue sometimes, but thats probably due to the quality of your emails.
