Nothing beats the speed, customizability, and ease of using Slack. As a small business owner, the first thing I did was set up my email, and second was a Slack account. It's also so affordable for small businesses to use, and the freemium plan is also fantastic on its own. I recently had an issue with billing and their customer support fixed it in mere hours. From sending small and large files and general chat between teams and colleagues, its ease of use, it has everything you would need to keep your team flowing as best it can possibly be. If there is any bugs or issues the customer support team gets straight into it and give you notifications along the way. Cons There isn't too much cons about slack, but I notice periodically some features with Slack can be down at times, such as slow search times, slow responsiveness and lag. Most recently, the search feature in slack wasn't populating any searches. However, these are almost always incidents and bugs that Slack acknowledges and fixes within 1-2 hours.
