Great experience overall. Its an all in one CRM thats both comprehensive, simpler to use and very affordable. Deployment is just few hours away!

Pros

it is simple to use out of the box, very easy for sales team to grasp, lean learning curve. Great value for money and an awesome always available customer support.

Cons

not much for now, fancy gen AI is missing right now! We do see some AI lead scoring and automation features with more on the anvil as we are told!

Groweon CRM helped us move from scattered lead sources into a single, organized system. Sales reps can see their tasks, upcoming follow‑ups, and deal stages very clearly. The UI is clean, and onboarding support was excellent. The tool is still maturing on deeper analytics and advanced integrations, but the core CRM functionality is strong. For SMBs looking for reliability, simplicity, and Indian‑market pricing, Groweon CRM is a very good for business.
